Liked: The hotel common areas were clean. All of the staff I encountered were nice and helpful.
Disliked: Someone else's pizza, from a few days before, was in the fridge. The room was clean overall. The old food left a bad taste.

Disliked: My son phone was stolen by housekeeping. I called down to talk to a manager and no one returned my call so I'll be calling corporate

Liked: The convenience to the sports complex. Food options in walking distance of hotel.
Disliked: They were building desk in our room and left packing in room desk had not been completed. House keeping came in while we were gone and made beds and replaced bath linens but clearly did not sweep. Everything on TV lagged.

Liked: We didn't use the breakfast, because we other breakfast plans, but it looked very nice.
Disliked: We were given a handicapped room which we didn't request. But i would say that a handicapped person would not have liked the room either/ not really handicapped accessible. The shower chair didn't fit inside the tub. There was no vanity with the sink so I improvised & used the shower chair to hold my makeup, curling irons, etc so that I could get ready in the morning. The sink edge was sloped downward so things just slid off. The shower head was so low that my husband had to get on his knees to take a shower & I had to bend over to get my head under the shower. I couldn't take a bath because the tub didn't have a stopper. The towel hanger on the door was loose with the weight of a towel so we couldn't use it. The room was very dated. We could hear street noises & hallway noises.
