Disliked: uncomfortable bed, noisy fan, not as clean & very worn carpet walls etc. no service of transport to airport, had to use taxi for $20+ for a mile ride.

Passable

Disliked: There’s no connecting room , since we had a lot of kids under 17 and wanted a closer room and didn’t get it

Good

Liked: Would have been better if we didn't keep getting awoken by all the dogs barking.

Would consider staying again if...

Liked: The grandkids loved the pool! The adults thought the pool water was too cold!!
Disliked: Cold pool water. Too much chlorine.

Exceptional

Not returning

Liked: Close to the airport.
Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom, the vents were filthy, the door was all scratched up and stucco was coming off the wall in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were put on inside out. Peeled hard boiled eggs was the only protein option for breakfast.

Disappointed

Liked: The staff were all nice.
Disliked: The room clearly wasn’t vacuumed. There was food/garbage left on the floor that my toddler kept trying to put in their mouth.

Pleasant

Liked: Location of hotel was nice. Room was decent. Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Got to the hotel checked in and as soon as we got to the room we found the toilet seat was broken. We called the front desk to ask if someone could replace it and was told there was nobody that could do that on the weekends and to talk to the manager in the morning when we check out. We checked out around 1045 we brought up the issue and we were given a decent discount which we appreciated. The worker who helped us was not very pleasing. Hardly talked and seemed annoyed that we had issues with our room. Other than that our stay was okay.
