Liked: The location was great. It was easy to get to and the parking lot was good. There was plenty of room.
Disliked: There was an issue with the vent in our bathroom. It was filthy. There were large amounts of dust and debris hanging out of the vent. It made me question the ventilation in our room. Our room felt tight.

Disliked: Rooms weren’t super clean

Front desk staff could be...

Liked: Room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had to call the staff to come in and clean the room. There was food, scraps, garbage, and clothing left from the previous guest.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and welll kept.
Disliked: The breakfast staff were not that nice. A bit rude and unprofessional.

Comfortable pleasant stay near airport...

Liked: Comfortable. Airport shuttle complimentary: staff ensured reservation to be ontime. Coin op laundry room. One machine: BYO quarters to pay. Good breakfast. Bright hallway art of Duluth highlights. Great pool for families with children.
