Liked: The staff was helpful and the location is more private for higher profile business travel
Disliked: The rooms were dirty even when they changed me to another room it was still dirty it was loud people on every level of the hotel at all hours it smelled like marijuana they have an airport an fighter jet base right behind the hotel fighter jets yeah so not only is it planes but if you're on the top floor they will shake the whole hotel not to mention the ticking noise or the banging for business this is a horrible choice and also I got no housekeeping while there for four days of course are smudges and nasty little buildups of whatever material it might be because it's a hotel let's just hope it's not a body fluids got more pictures but not enough space to upload them not recommended as a 3-star hotel

Liked: Comfortable beds, clean room and facilities, good breakfast, nice staff. Kids loved the pool and water slide.
Disliked: More than we like to spend but it's on the cheaper end for the location...most hotels in/around Duluth were even more expensive.
