Disliked: There was a family with Moms and a lot of kids. They were loud. Moms let the kids run around and take over the pool. These families had no regard or respect for others at the motel.

Solid place to stay, Duluth...

Liked: It was clean and in a good location, room was large.
Disliked: A little dated, staff was not overly friendly; breakfast was OK selection could have been better.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, pool facilities were great. Location was good. Check in and out was easy and quick. I would stay again
Disliked: Price. So expensive to stay in Duluth anymore. I used to go up from Minneapolis 4-5 times a year but in recent years the cost of hotels make that a no-go.
