Disliked: I went through a bunch of hoops to get my reservation day moved and then when we got there they didn’t have my reservationMost of the breakfast food was gone when we came downstairs and even though the staff checked it they didn’t fill anything back up

Liked: Ok location.
Disliked: Bathroom smelled of urine (like it was set into the tile grout and hadn't been cleaned in a long time) and it wasn't improved when I had asked them to clean it after the 1st night. The pool and hot tub area needs some upkeep on the coping, caulking, and the spa switch doesn't work properly (we had to pull the "emergency shutoff" out and then push the "spa" jet button to make the spa work (after going to the front desk to inquire on how to get it to work). They could put the instructions on the wall and it would be a lot easier than finding the "one" hotel staff person I saw evidence of during our two-night stay. They had a tiny padlock on the "pool/spa" area door to prohibit entry, but they had to be asked to unlock it at 8am (they didn't just automatically open it). I thought that was weird. The continental breakfast had watered-down juice, but the rest of the food was okay.

Liked: I could not find my reservation. I was told there was no record of it. I had to find lodging elsewhere. Very disappointing for an old lady. I did not stay there, had no knowledge as to the address or any info. Online reservation was a disaster for me to find no reservation in my name in Dubuque, anywhere when I called. I was able to find a room at the Super 8.
Disliked: Could not find any reservation in my name for any of the motels I had considered with this "booking.com" service. My husband and grandson had a great time at the Dyersville Toy Show with me even with this mixed up hassle of finding a place to stay as our grandson entered his toy farm model in competition with 12 other kids.
