Liked: Clean, nice looking property, great breakfast, good customer service/pleasant staff
Disliked: Bed was a little hard and no spa in the pool area

Liked: Ppl were great beat clean breakfast and breakfast area always full. Never waited for any food sausage eggs, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, three different kinds very very wonderful breakfast and coffee.

Liked: Room was clean. Location was great.
Disliked: I specifically booked a room here because of the pool. My two kids love to swim. Unfortunately, something was wrong and the pool was ice cold. Staff said they had to keep messing with the breaker. It was definitely too cold to swim.

Disliked: Clean but shabby. I stayed in a King room. The mirror in the bathroom was centered on the wall. The sink was to the left of the mirror! I get to look at the wall while shaving? Who got paid for this design?

Disliked: Breakfast had a limited variety of choices. Only very soft Pillows available. Cleaning done every 3 days only. I had to get clean towels every day on reception lobby. Bathroom toilet extremely low, no place to hang towels , not even a hook. Also no handicap grab bar @ shower. Found french fries inside night stand drawer.

Liked: We liked the convenience of being so close to Kings dominion. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were a good size.
Disliked: We found hair in our towels and tub which can be expected considering such a fast turn over. What we highly disliked was being called on our personal number over an issue we did not do the whole hotel smelled of pot then we got accused after being in our room for less than 5min then they showed up at our door trying to enter our room then he proceeds to say ok I don't smell it in your room. I will not be back along with never going to another country inn which is sad because we have stayed in other country inns and never had issues before.
