Disliked: I was depending on the shuttle to get to the airport on time. Instead, the shuttle was 40 minutes late. I had to get an Uber, so that's what I didn't like. And when I ask where the shuttle was. All I got was he's coming

Lack of security

Liked: Although there were limiting options for breakfast, I appreciated that it was included.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the room stunk and felt dirty. Everything was old. The cards to open the door worked half the time, and at one point, our card opened someone else's door. The lack of security was concerning.
