It was easy access and the location was perfect to our event. Everything was comfortable and wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast.

Disliked: Ground light shone directly into the room from outside and there was no way to fully close the blackout shades. They also charged my credit card 4 times for a room that was payed for in full before arriving. I understand an incidental hold, but this was excessive and the employees offered no tangible explanation whatsoever for the additional charges. It felt very shady and unprofessional. Will not be staying at a property owned by them ever again.

Interesting Approach To Customer Service

Disliked: Other than the desk clerk when I checked in, the staff wasn’t particular friendly. For example, my plans changed so I was going to check out two days early. I called the front desk to let them know, and they immediately went on a diatribe about how my reservation was made through a third party and they couldn’t issue a refund. I didn’t mention anything about a refund, so I was stunned that their response went in that direction. I explained I called as a courtesy to let them know I would be checking out early, but that I would make no attempt to be courteous or responsible given their reaction.
