I picked the hotel based upon it's distance from the Ford Community Performing Arts Center and the pricing. Late evening check in, the lady on duty, whose name I forgot to jot down, was friendly and very courteous. She provided a run down on the amenities of the hotel. Room was clean - everything in it's place. At check out next morning I was greeted by Ashley Jones with "How was your stay, did we exceed your expectations and what was the best part of your stay?". She was very personable and professional.

Disliked: hotel is not clean. Elevator was dirty and had broken glass in the corner during my entire stay. There was a dirty chair on the second floor that should have been tossed. Hot water did not work and water pressure was poor. Remote on TV did not work. Drawers on chest kept opening by themselves. Breakfast was poor, apple was rotted. Hotel decided to paint entryway on Friday night and Saturday night which was their busiest day. Also the temperature was 37 so paint did not dry….not sure if it will stick.
