I picked the hotel based upon it's distance from the Ford Community Performing Arts Center and the pricing. Late evening check in, the lady on duty, whose name I forgot to jot down, was friendly and very courteous. She provided a run down on the amenities of the hotel. Room was clean - everything in it's place. At check out next morning I was greeted by Ashley Jones with "How was your stay, did we exceed your expectations and what was the best part of your stay?". She was very personable and professional.

Don’t let your people book...

Liked: Room 231!! Hotel itself was good. Our room. When entering looked like someone was killed with stains on carpet. Smell was not pleasant. We checked in at 2 am and were gone by 630. Front desk check took forever, but the lady in the morning was good and knew that 231 was an issue and told me to contact manager the next day. Still waiting to speak to him.
Disliked: Room was most disgusting thing I have seen in awhile.

Liked: Children running wild from pool water was everywhere.. staff made me paid 100 deposit in cash.. blankets were thin bed was hard. Breakfast was cool and kids left unattended.. carpet in room was dirty. Kids running in hallways at night loud I was not happy..
