I picked the hotel based upon it's distance from the Ford Community Performing Arts Center and the pricing. Late evening check in, the lady on duty, whose name I forgot to jot down, was friendly and very courteous. She provided a run down on the amenities of the hotel. Room was clean - everything in it's place. At check out next morning I was greeted by Ashley Jones with "How was your stay, did we exceed your expectations and what was the best part of your stay?". She was very personable and professional.

Pleasant

Liked: It was clean and well-situated for our needs.
Disliked: The lighting in the room could have been a little brighter.The free breakfast wasn't that great. However, it was free.

Liked: The people at the front desk was nice ! Just the lady that was cooking breakfast was very rude and disrespectful and she was nasty she did not change her gloves and she was coughing and touching everything.
Disliked: The lady that was cooking breakfast was very rude. She was coughing a lot with gloves on and did not change them not one time. She did not greet me and my family when we enter the breakfast area. She was over all just very rude!

Worst stay ever. No heat...

Disliked: The heater in the room didn’t work. During check in I was assigned a room that was already occupied. I went back the front desk to talk with the agent and she yelled and cursed at me saying I did something wrong.

Liked: The stuff was friendly.
Disliked: Hot water finish after 3 minutes shower and all night smell smoke of pot!

I had a great experience...

Liked: The breakfast was so good I went back for seconds. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bed sheets had black lint and there was no comforter on both beds.
