Awful. Breakfast food was not...

Liked: The price was fair
Disliked: Unprofessional staff. Building itself needs work. Carpet in room had gross stains and holes in carpet. Beds very worn and uncomfortable. Slept horrible. It’s independently owned and you can tell not Radisson quality. So much delayed maintenance that we won’t be staying there again.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were welcoming, kind, and overall what would make this a three star hotel
Disliked: The room we got had a lot of damage, the lock on the door did not work, there were stains on the carpet, the pillows were like tissue paper, and the beds were uncomfortable as heck.

What a bad experience!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The whole experience. After driving for 10 hours, we were looking forward to resting. However, when we went in to register, we were told pets were not allowed. WHAT? According to our booking, pets were allowed. We had to drive else where, stopping at various hotels to see if they accepted pets. Not a good experiences!!!
