Liked: The hotel was great. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were wonderful for a free hotel breakfast. The location was excellent and easy to find.

Disliked: I honestly do not know where to start. All I can say is do NOT trust anyone around this place! We were on a trip for our figure skating team, which included several moms and teen girls. We had several men trying to get in our rooms. (2 next door to one another, and one further down the hall) Our 16/17 year old girls room was put at the very end of the hall by the staircase. Someone tried breaking in their door!! It was the worst experience ever, and I truly believe they are involved in some really bad things… aka sex trafficking! We were promised a refund, and in turn told that we destroyed their rooms and they wouldn’t refund.. after threatening my lawyer they said they would do the refund after all, and we are still waiting for that to happen! Could this have all been a coincidence?! Maybe?! But way too many things happened to way too many of us!
