Disliked: One room's heater didn't work, the other room had a slight odor of pee.

Liked: It was in a very nice location, close to our event.
Disliked: We arrived at 4:00 and our room still wasn’t ready. The fridge and microwave did not work, nor did some of the outlets. We asked for a late checkout (12:00), which was approved, but then someone was knocking on our door at 11:00 asking why we hadn’t checked out.

Nice

Liked: No carpet in our room made it feel cleaner.
Disliked: They had sausage meat plus they put sausage chunks in the potatoes. If you don’t like sausage like me then that limits breakfast choices. If you are going to have sausage meat then leave the sausage out of the potatoes

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff was friendly, the breakfast room was very clean.When we found out our room had no TV the manager moved us mmediately. When the elevator didn't work we got a staff person immediately to help us.
Disliked: Even though there were problems (no tv,, broken elevator) the problems were mediately taken care of. I cannot think of any complaints.

Poor

Liked: The location was good for the purpose of the visit.
Disliked: They kept me waiting outside until 4 PM. Meanwhile, my schedule time for checking was 3 PM. When I got there, they asked me to wait for 30 minutes, claiming that my room was not ready. After hanging around for 30 minutes, I came back to check in, and they told me that my room was under maintenance and they were cleaning another but similar room for me. That kept me waiting for another 30 minutes. My question is, why did they charge me so expensive but couldn't get my room ready on time? I actually entered the room while the floor was still wet. So I actually paid for one hour, which was not utilized.
