Liked: Clean, bed was comfortable
Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 2am but there was no fire, my door key didn’t work every time going back to my room, I had to figure out how to get the TV to work by unplugging it and plugging back in.

Liked: Most everything. Staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms.
Disliked: We booked a room for the purpose of the kids could use the pool and go swimming and justvhave a fun day. When we checked in and all got in swim suits, the water was ice cold and felt like icy hose water because the heater was broke and the hot tub was out of order. Kind of bumbed out that our planned fun day did not go as planned.

Disliked: We were told we could eat our extended family dinner in the breakfast area by one staff member. When the pizza arrived, we were told we could not do that by another staff member. The end result was sitting on the floor in our hotel room eating. A mild inconvenience but annoying.Hot tub was also broken
