Good for what we booked...

Liked: staff friendlyGood breakfastExcellent water pressure
Disliked: Some of the furnishings were pretty worn out.Overall feel of the hotel was that it was old.

Exceptional

Liked: Denise Farmer was friendliest desk help over four hotels in various cities this week. She was helpful and went out of her way to assist us.

I loved the people, room,...

Liked: Friendly staff, spacious lobby, breakfast choices and quality, LVC instead of carpeting in the room, and the size and decor of the room. Lots of parking spaces and multiple entrances. Price!
Disliked: They couldn't find my reservation by name, so I had to dig up my Booking email. No USB outlets in the room except for one behind the TV, no clock, and no microwave oven (yet, they sell Stouffer's frozen food in the little shop next to the reception!). I didn't feel the attention to detail in cleaning the room--there was something on the nightstand that wasn't wiped/ scraped off, which prompted me to wipe down the TV remote and all the switches, buttons, etc in the room.

Liked: I am a travel nurse and was in AZ headed back to MD. We stayed here on our trip out, and I rebooked it on our way back as the staff are awesome, rooms are clean, and breakfast is always great!

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable it made my Back hurt. They need to upgrade mattress .
