Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel had limited staff it felt like at all times. We had to go downstairs to get towels since they were not restocked and when we call the front desk she said she was the only one there.The room Vents from the air filter had chunks of dirt and debris that when we turned on the air cause blew dirt and clumps everywhere. There were bugs that were coming in from somewhere as well that we couldn’t figure out. The tub was missing the stopper so had to find someone to get it replaced.

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast when I was there.
Disliked: Once I got into the room, the TV did not work. It took them 45 minutes to get someone to come upstairs and fix the TV. The air conditioner did not work in the room and the next morning the TV wouldn’t work at all the shower in the bathroom had a shower curtain that would not close so what do we get all over the floor when you took a shower And to make things worse when I went to check out the young man checking me out was very rude because I did not understand why they charge my card twice and then was told I would get a refund in five days so this was a terrible place to stay and I will not stay and another one of these hotels Again
