Disappointing

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Difficult to get to. TV was basically inop and was not replaced. I hope the splatters on the bathroom walls were not blood but appeared to be.

Disliked: The rooms are outdated infested with bugs

Ok- nice hotel and great...

Liked: It was nice. I like that the rooms are inside.
Disliked: Location- hard to get to. It was so hard to find. I saw the signs, but it was really convoluted to get to the property. The room was clean, but the toilet had greyish water as though there was sediment in it. I thought that the breakfast was kind of limited and the eggs were the fake kind (gross). I mean boiled eggs are pretty easy to do. And fresh cut fruit is not terribly difficult or expensive. I didn’t think it was worth what I paid

Liked: The individual at the front desk demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, providing valuable assistance.
Disliked: The vending machine located on the third floor was non-functional, and the cleanliness of the restroom facilities did not meet acceptable standards.
