Disliked: Refrigerator was not plugged in and hadn't been for some time so it smelled like rotten. Maintenence came in to address it and found that only half of the plugs worked and the one that works had everything plugged in. Heater/ac didn't work and used the windows to control the room temp. Couldn't be moved bc they overbooked the hotel and had nothing available. They tried to cancel my room less than 48hrs before I arrived saying they had a glitch in the booking system and they were going to move me to another hotel. I had booked more than 3 months in advance and was staying at that specific hotel bc my event was held in the convention center attached to the property. They have a lot to work on for sure!!

Liked: The room was a good size.
Disliked: The building maintenance seemed subpar, room layout although large was a bit off. The common areas were a bit cramped.

Liked: The desk younger lady very helpful and sympathetic
Disliked: That there was false advertisement on website and after being promised compensation it was not done

Liked: The location was good. The staff was polite and sweet.
Disliked: The TV was fuzzy (like snowy) and very small hard to see from both beds. And there was some garbage (tissue and a pencil)laying on the floor by the beds.
