Not what I was expecting...

Liked: The beds were remarkably comfortable after we finished the cleaning process, and the location was conveniently close to our venue.
Disliked: Upon our arrival at approximately 11:30 PM, we were informed that our room had not yet been cleaned, despite check-in being scheduled for 3 PM. The receptionist displayed unprofessional behavior, engaged in a personal phone call that lasted about five minutes while I stood waiting.Upon entering our room, it was clear that the cleaning had been conducted hastily; items were strewn across the floor, and toilet paper was left on the bathroom floor. As is my usual practice, I inspected the beds and unfortunately discovered blood stains on the mattress covers, prompting me to request a change. Furthermore, there was no television remote provided. To add to our dissatisfaction, the elevator was out of service, and the pool was closed.

Liked: There was nothing that stood out to “like” about the property.
Disliked: From the loud teens or young adults running the halls and fighting outside my door was fun. Had one towel in my room and maybe half a roll of toilet paper on the roll with no back up. Sheets don’t fit the beds so fall off when you lay down. Elevator broken, standards seem to have slipped quite a bit over the last few years.

Liked: It was a nice stay, the staff was nice. Checkout is at 11a.m. not 12. The main reason for coming here was for the gym & the treadmill was broke
