Liked: Spacious and clean. The location was central to shopping and a family funeral.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.

Liked: The 1st room I was in was 222. It was dated and old but ok, clean and inviting. It was the room I booked. I asked to be placed on the 1st floor as I have a child who stems. The hotel confirmed this could be done. Upon arrival we were put into a room on the 2nd floor. Theres a Mcdonalds, subway, and Sheetz SUPER close to the hotel. Also, a Donatos and Burger King close. We were ready to head to the heated pool, but (It wasn't very heated) around 6 pm the front desk called bc the people under us were complaining about noise as my child was stemming. I told the woman that I asked and it was confirmed that we were supposed to be placed on the 1st floor to begin with. 2 phone calls and an hr later. We were moved to a room on the 1st floor. As we waited for a call back. The people below us were banging on the ceiling as my child continued to stem. It came to light later that the people who complained, were family or friends of the person working the front desk. There were at least 5 people in the room. There's a sign at the front that says no more than 4 people in a room and no family reunions or large parties.
Disliked: After waiting an hour to be moved they put us in room 129. This was not a suite like I paid for, it was just a king bed room. This room had not been cleaned. There was a Busch light can and a few kleenex in the trash can in the room. The bathroom had (private area) hair in the toilet and on the floor of the bathroom. To make matters worse we had no heat in the room until 7 am. We froze all night and couldn't sleep. We also went to the pool and there were 3 kids I'd say no older then 12, 10, and 5 I believe. Unsupervised, they told us and it was posted no kids under 12 could be in the pool area without someone 18 + supervising them. NO ONE was in the pool area with them. They were with the people in the room who complained about the noise at 6 pm. The kids were also in the Breakfast area making Hot Chocolate at 9 to 10 pm, it clearly states on the door that no one was to be in that area after 9 am. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage and potatoes not done, no eggs, waffles, a couple yogurts, some bread and a few apples, and a few juices and milk. Better off walking across the hotel parking lot and into the McDonald's right in front of it. Check out was Noon. We left the property before 10 am. I received a call at 12:30 pm asking if I was planning on checking out today and to give them a call back. Will not be staying here again.

Disliked: The room was nasty. There was a stain in between the beds on the carpet. It looked like blood. There was hair on the beds and bathroom sink.

Disliked: This place is unsafe and my "deposit" for incidentals was not given back they kept it for no reason. We barely stayed in the room in fact we were scared to be there due to another patron threatening us outside the building merely for existing. The room was not clean and the ac/heat wouldn't go below 75 degrees. We just needed beds to sleep as we were in the area for a sporting event, but highly would not recommend or stay with this chain after this again.
