Not bad

Liked: Room was spacious. Lots of towels in bathroom. Staff were courteous , nice and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were not sound proof. You will hear every little noise in the walk way, along the staircase. I also kept hearing the noise of toilet flush from the floor above. Most of the rugs along the stairway, and waiting area look old and dirty. The Heating/cooling unit sounded like I had a generator set right outside my window.

There is room for improvement...

Liked: Holly (the hotel manager) and the staff were amazing. Very nice & friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was lame and stale. No fresh food, same bread, bagel and baked stuff were served stale and couple days old.

Disliked: The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable it the springs were a bit uncomfortable but loved everything else the staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice

Friendly people but not a...

Liked: Close to things we wanted to do
Disliked: Our room felt dirty, the sheets were definitely not changed before us. There was no extras for the pull out couch and the one pillow I could find didn’t have a new pillow case.
