Liked: Checking in was good, man very friendly and helpful, but checking out was a different story.
Disliked: 9 o'clock in the morning, we get a tapping on our door, waking us up. Didn't have a do not disturb sign up, but aren't you supposed to check out, which send's the signal to the housekeeper, apparently not? So I went to the front desk and talked to Angel as she explained to me, that is the "policy". She said it is the policy to check rooms, even if you haven't checked out. I asked to talk to the manager and she simply said, she will tell you the same thing if she was here. Not once did Angel say sorry or anything positive, in fact, she said if you don't like it, you can just check out now. She escalated the problem at every turn, as we just argued back and forth. Maybe some training would help. As we eventually left, I talked to a worker in the hallway, explained what happened, and he just shook his head, and said, no, that is not the policy. Had a great time, till that happened. No one likes to get woken up. Can't give high marks after that, nor a tip, doesn't make sense for that to happen.

Liked: The room was spacious, and the free breakfast was good and had a nice selection of hot items.
Disliked: The bathroom door was rusted and needs some updating but tolerable.

Liked: It's wasn't completely terrible
Disliked: The tv wouldn't change channels & was stuck on some awful HBO stuff inappropriate for my kids & the front desk guy pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it.
