Great location, but a little...

Liked: The check-in staff were pleasant and efficient. This hotel has very convenient location, ideal for dining options, shopping etc. The proximity to major roads is ideal. The King size rooms are a reasonable size. Scrupulously clean linen.
Disliked: The "bath" towels were the smallest towels I have ever encountered. More like large hand towels, than actual bath towels. Breakfast could have been much better. It is time that hotels (not just this one) realised that waffles, sugary breakfast cereal and packaged "pastries" are not a healthy start to the day for most guests. There is/was fresh fruit in the promotional images but none available during my stay (unless I missed it). Overpriced on this occasion.

Liked: Rooms were clean l, nice staff.
Disliked: Pool and spa area were dirty looking and a lot of rust on the ceiling, door handles etc. overall appearance was below today’s standards.

Liked: The property was close to my destination
Disliked: The pool was cold, the remote control for television did not work, the hair dryer did not work,the fan in the bathroom ran continuously,the switch to turn it off was missing. The bathroom door was dirty.

Good for stopover

Liked: The bed is good and it offers free parking and breakfast. Location is good too. Nearby establishments around.
Disliked: The smell of hallway and inside the room. Smelled like someone smoked marijuana inside. The hall smells like the carpet is damped.
