Poor Shuttle Service for late...

Disliked: I was unable to get in touch with the hotel to pick me up at the airport at 12:30 a.m. I called the hotel 3 times, and when I selected 7 for the shuttle service, it went to voicemail. I stood outside the airport for about 45 mins, then I gave up and went back inside the airport and sat there all night. It was disappointing for me as I really wanted to sleep and take a quick shower before my next flight. I chose that hotel specifically because it offers shuttle service.

It was a good price...

Liked: It was close to airport.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic compared to other places I stay. Mainly lacking small things, like toppings for oatmeal, etc. I never received a receipt, which I requested. I had to leave while desk clerk was doing the shuttle run. Definitely need more staff. No coffee maker in room.
