Staff for night shift did...

Liked: Room was ok nice comfortable
Disliked: All the noise alarms going off off all night running up and down the halls to different room to room. Called front desk to report it and they done nothing I wasn’t able to rest all night and it carried on all morning. It sounded like someone doing construction all night. And I thought I would recover my $50 dollar deposit back deposit back young lady on morning shift. Told me and other gentleman place our keys on deck he asked as well. And neither of us got checked out properly to receive or to get confirmation on return of deposit

Won’t stay even if it...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was dirty and I feel filthy so I asked to give me cleaner room and the reception came to see what is wrong photographed all and then go to ask ménager an approval. So inconvenient .

Liked: Location was optimal for my needs.

Superb

Liked: Flight was cancelled at last minute out of Charlotte airport. 10 pm and hundreds are scrambling for lodging. Country Inn was a welcome port in the storm. Close by, easy shuttle to and from the airport, clean and nice staff. Basic breakfast as typical for these hotels but more than met our needs. Very comfortable beds and linens. And a great value, costing much much less than other hotels nearby. Very glad to have been able to spend the night in a nice room than at the airport.
