Disliked: Roaches in our microwave & tv did not work properly

Superb

Liked: Location close to airport
Disliked: Noisy, only 2 floors and we heard every move upstairs and out in the hallway and rooms on both sides

BAD DO NOT COME

Liked: Our room was negative degrees and wouldn’t change no matter how much you increased the temperature. Thermostat red 50*
Disliked: Not clean and freezing room

Liked: Nothing but the price
Disliked: No ice bucket, cups, hangers, or do not disturb door hanger. All the lamps were unplugged, the desk person was not friendly, Parking was sketchy - didn't feel safe.

Disliked: Wifi didn't work. Room doesn't look like the pictures.

Liked: Breakfast was kind of lacking in terms of typical hotel breakfasts. Not well stocked or a lot of options

Disliked: Staff was almost non-existent. Checked in. Nobody was there called nobody was there. Shuttle driver at 11:00 was also the front desk person. She was on a run. Same thing in the morning. Check out nobody there. Sign on the front desk saying staff was on a shuttle run. In case of emergency call 911. What is that? No customer service at all. Cigarette burn in the comforter on the bed. All in all just a terrible experience
