Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast, bed, shower
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes. Even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Called down to front desk but no other room available to switch.

Liked: We liked the homey feel. We like the sink counter in the bathroom. The beds and sheets were comfortable
Disliked: The whole building smelled a little funky. We did come in right behind someone who smoked. But the smell never completely went away. It smelled like faint smoke even in our bedroom. We had a great experience with a Country Inn and Suites in another city in another state, and were pleasantly surprised and impressed by how it worked out.We were not as impressed with this one. It was disappointing after the great experience we had in Marion, Ohio a month earlier

Disliked: Person begging for money before we got out of vehicle. No lighting in parking lot. Staff was very unprofessional.

Disliked: The hotel is dirty. The community bathroom didn’t have a working faucet so you couldn’t was your hands after pooping so I assume that there are poop germs throughout the hotel.
