Good price and good for...

Liked: we liked the location of the room as it was accessible to the back door so we could take our small dog out when she needed to go out. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The room next to ours had left their dogs attended and when we went out to take ours out, those dogs barked for quite some time. It was sad that they were alone and disturbing to our dog.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was nasty, waffles tasted like cardboard, room service for cleaning the rooms was only every 3rd day, so no clean sheets, towels and trash wasn't taken out of the room.

Superb

Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: Although it was a nice room, I was put in a handicapped accessible room, which wasn't needed. Also, too much light outside my window, which the curtains didn't completely eliminate.

I would recommend trying this...

Liked: The hotel had a homey feel to it especially when you walk into the lobby. It was nice and felt new. There were a lot of stores and restaurant's to visit within walking distance. It was just a relaxing place to spend a cold winter night and to get away from the day to day stress. Highways are far enough away that we never had to hear traffic. Nice place.
Disliked: The pool was too cold to swim in. It was one of the reasons we came there.

No surprise - expected a...

Liked: The lady at the front desk, Lisa, she was amazing. The sweetest thing ever. They made me sit a half hour because I arrived early, which is whatever, but the room was certainly ready. It was just to prove a point I suppose. I was travelling so to arrive right at check in, I would have had to sit in the parking lot for a half hour before coming in. I prefer a different experience in this regard and have always been welcomed as a constant business traveler for early check in. Heavens knows we were out of there around 8am. hours and hours before check out time.
Disliked: Cleanliness and upkeep. No coffee or cookies as advertised, not even coffee cups or anything available in the lobby as in other Country Inn and Suites.

I had a bed to...

Liked: I reserved a King Suite for the night, but the coach was broken, the spa was out of commission (after a long day of driving, it would have been nice to relax), and the breakfast was a very light continental breakfast—boiled eggs and no meat at all. This is not what other hotels call a continental breakfast. I have stayed here before, but it has been several years, and I am not sure I will be back.
Disliked: The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous, and kind.
