Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Desk clerk was not overly friendly and wasn't helpful when asked about location of concert we were going to.

Disliked: The staff was programming multiple keys for double booked rooms. And then as customers started coming back to the desk to tell the staff that people were already in those rooms, the staff began to yell at customers and at each other. Many guests started looking for new hotels but the town had multiple sporting events and most everything was booked. The room was dirty, the halls were dirty, mold in the bathroom, the smell was hard to get by,breakfast was not worth the free breakfast 😅. I have stayed in some run down places but the staff and amenities make up for it, this place not so much!!! Book elsewhere!

Disliked: The first staff person we encountered made us feel like we were a bother. The pool area was closed and again we were told at that first encounter by someone who didn’t really care.
