This was my first stay at a Country Inn and Suites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast that I have had at. We came to Carlisle for Spring Carlisle Car event and will stay at This hotel again for GM Carlisle this summer.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Good location and comfortable beds
Disliked: Very little hot water in the shower.

Liked: Our room was clean. The people working there are doing their best, but not being supported by the company on repairs and upkeep. Location safe but hard to get to.
Disliked: A room had the door handle ripped off, exposing a junk-filled, smelly mess.

Liked: The staff and the location were perfect
Disliked: My bed was really hard and squeaky. The room looked cleaned but not well.

Disliked: Room was on the side of the interstate highway and heard traffic all night

Liked: Free breakfast
Disliked: Pool was cold and not very clean. There was a large buildup of dust in the heat/air system. Mattress had a large stain on the bottom. A hair was found in the ice bucket. Multiple "dirty" areas throughout.

Liked: Very clean room.
Disliked: Stain on the sheets.

Liked: Hotel was very nice. Room were nice and modern. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Shower water pressure and temperature was constantly changing when being used, which was slightly annoying.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This hotel is right next to the highway, however, there's no exit next to it. Typical 2 star hotel advertised as a 3 star hotel.

Liked: Clean and safe
Disliked: The water was not hot for a portion of my stay. Apparently, there was a problem as other folks mentioned that the water was not hot.
