Quiet and comfortable

Liked: Quiet & comfortable. Spacious room, comfy bed. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Yvonne and Kalpesh. The boy on the counter Kyle is also very helpful.
Disliked: Distance from downtown however the subway is around 15 mins walk but the hotel offers free shuttle service to the sub way station and also pick up.

Wonderful! Would stay again!

Liked: Breakfast was nice! Had the basics and the tea/fruit was a plus! Location was wonderful could walk straight to the Metro station and food stops.
Disliked: Maybe a small furniture within the hotel room with a close door or drawer. But not a huge issue.

Do to the early startling...

Liked: Room comfort and staff
Disliked: I booked 2 night stay for my 50th birthday . On my actual birthday 3/8 I was awakened at 5 am by room phone ringing . I did not answer first time then it started again at 5:25am I answered and some screaming mom mom help me! It really upset me , especially when I was trying to relax. I did an early checkout no one should be calling rooms unless they can not only identify the room number but last name of occupant.
