Room and breakfast were great,...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, the only issue was that the pool was dirty. Not overly the hotels fault as they had a lot of people in the pool the night before. So an improvement would be if staff was checking the water more often, we took our small children in the morning when the pool was no longer busy and there were floating globs of who knows what in it. I gave front reception a heads up respectfully but didn’t feel like they gave much thought to it. They just moved the conversation to checking out an that was all.

Great service at reception

Liked: The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful when I checked in around 9 pm. I will give five stars to her.

Bad

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. There was a mistake with our booking and we have been refused a refund. This is a sketchy establishment forsure. I'm shocked at how this is being run and what we have been told.
