Liked: Honestly, nothing. Ms. Rachel was very kind and helpful. The hotel room was deplorable and certainly not worth the expense. I have photos.
Disliked: The room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom, multiple stains on the carpet, holes and human hair in the bed, and a dead cricut on the floor.

Spacious suite for 3 adults

Liked: Very nice clean comfortable room, good layout for one couple plus one adult child who slept on sofa bed.
Disliked: Certain breakfast items ran out early and weren’t restocked. But a fairly good selection of hot and cold items.

Liked: Building and room were clean. Building was overall quiet. Did not really hear any of the other guests. Staff were nice and easy to talk to.
Disliked: Broken vending on 3rd floor, was like that on my last stay in 2023 almost a year prior. Had to go to lobby for vending. Also door by smoking patio/gazebo did not latch correctly. Meaning anyone could open the door, even without a key card. Also the same as my last stay.
