Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Buffalo South I-90 NY, West Seneca

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. Free internet and breakfast is always a bonus. Family loved the complimentary cookies and coffee! Would definitely refer this hotel and stay again. Thank you!

Not hotel's fault, but taxi cabs are the worst - VERY expensive and will drive around for more money and not stop when you tell them to.

Liked: Hotel was great - will be back again.

Perfect for a one night...

Liked: Friendly and clean, a great free breakfast with lots of options. It was just one night, so we didn't see any of the other hotel's amenities. We were also very close to Lake Erie, and it was an easy drive to the coastline!
Disliked: The room we were given was a perfect location for easy in and out to the parking lot, but it was a little noisy with some kind of generator outside the windows. Bring earplugs just in case you get this room if you are a light sleeper.

Overall, staff was super nice....

Disliked: Very loud. People ( kids) knocking on door and running away. Room was not stocked with cups or linens ( towels, washcloths)

A relaxing few days in...

Liked: The room was perfect for a relaxing few days.The breakfast offered a variety of foods and were all delicious. The location allows us to travel to all the places we need to visit in a short amount of time.
Disliked: I was surprised that there was no kitchen silverware or dishes. Our takeout did not come with silverware so we had to find some.

Convenient location to Highmark Stadium,...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, breakfast was really good, the pool was clean.
Disliked: We had a small issue at check – in where they could see that we had reserved a room, but the system was telling them there were not any rooms available for us. It took the staff about 15 to 20 minutes to sort out, but they were able to get us all set up and were nice about it.
