The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. Free internet and breakfast is always a bonus. Family loved the complimentary cookies and coffee! Would definitely refer this hotel and stay again. Thank you!

Not hotel's fault, but taxi cabs are the worst - VERY expensive and will drive around for more money and not stop when you tell them to.

Liked: The hotel was close to a grocery store and our soccer games.
Disliked: There is no lighting in the parking lot. The sofa bed which i paid extra for had been slept in and not reset, so we couldn't use it. Let the staff know and they did not seem to care.

Liked: Banging all night, like a bowling ball being dropped from floor above. Very disturbed sleep. Room hot and stuffy, air unit didn’t seem to work properly.

Liked: The room, elevators and hotel was clean.
Disliked: The pool was not heated. The bathroom in the pool area was closed. The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: I disliked the fact that the desk clerk misunderstood which payment method that I wanted to use. I have to wait 5-10 days for the funds to come back on my card. I disliked the hair in our shower from a previous guest. The pool was freezing and the pool room door didn’t work. The guest had to let people in. The telephone in the room didn’t work. Not much snacks in their mini store. I like the fireplace outside. I enjoyed the breakfast. The beds and pillows were ok. Staff were friendly!
