The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. Free internet and breakfast is always a bonus. Family loved the complimentary cookies and coffee! Would definitely refer this hotel and stay again. Thank you!

Not hotel's fault, but taxi cabs are the worst - VERY expensive and will drive around for more money and not stop when you tell them to.

Convenient location to the south...

Liked: Convenient and easy to find.
Disliked: It was a little dirty on arrival. But given the snow I forgave the mess at entrance. However, the room was not up to par. Bed was barely made on arrival, dustballs in all corners. A beer box folded beside the bed. It pointed to a lack of cleanliness. We were told the room would be cleaned on day 3 and it never was. I was really disappointed in the standard. We spent little time there as visiting family with a busy schedule. But otherwise, not sure I’d have stayed.
