Disliked: Was not told no cash was accepted. Also was not told the damage fee that has to be charged at time of visit.

Liked: We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfy and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom was outdated and not completely clean. There were rust spots in the bathtub, and there was mold or mildew in the shower that would not have been there, if anyone bothered to clean it or even spray with a bleach cleaner. Pillows were really small and looked ridiculous on a king size bed.

Exceptional

Liked: Despite some issue with my card used to book and what to use for incidentals, they lady at the front desk was on point and very helpful in resolving it all after just a few minutes. Claremont, NC baby! Close to where we were going for dinner and a concert that evening. Great value and everything was very nice. Would book here again for sure.

Great location, great staff and...

Liked: Great location and access to the Boone area. Clean and the staff were very responsive.
Disliked: The road leading to the hotel needed maintenance during the snow and ice events. The parking of construction truck minimized the accessibility to the facility after hours.

Good stay overall.

Liked: Great Property, Good Location, Housekeeping only every Three day was disappointing the Bathtub needing repair. Refrigerator was awesome,
