Peanut and Mark were amazing!!!!

Liked: It was great. They upgraded me to Jacuzzi room. There was an adorable squirrel outside named peanut that made my trip!! The manager Mark was amazing, I'll definitely be back. The only problem was the night worker at the front desk. He called us at 230 am and said our TV was too loud and it was barely on, I asked him if he personally heard it and he said no. Besides him every thing was perfect, that guy Mark at the front was really superb.

Liked: Overall loved the stay. Wanted more variety at breakfast. One morning eggs then the next morning sausage gravy. In addition, the stock blankets are very thin. Actually quite quite.

Not the trip we’d hoped...

Liked: My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. Wr checked in with a really nice lady at the desk that informed us about the pool situation. That sucked but definitely not her fault. I didn’t see any mention of it being broken when I booked the room but that could have been an oversight on my part. The room (300) looked pretty nice but soon after arriving, my husband found a few ants in the room. He killed them and we ignored it. We unpacked and relaxed for a few minutes but when we started to get ready to go out, he found more ants. He went down to the front desk and was offered a new room (200). We packed up and moved. We went to dinner and came back to relax in the jacuzzi. Filled it up and it didn’t work. My husband called down to the desk and was informed that it was in the service log that there had been issues. We were offered another room (202) so my husband went back down to the desk to get the room key, went back upstairs to fill the jacuzzi to make sure it worked, went back down to turn in the old key cards, came back up so we could pack up again to move. The jacuzzi in the third room worked but there were ants in it as well. The inconveniences were completely preventable. Too much of our time was spent on them and when you only get to spend one overnight trip together each year, it’s incredibly disappointing.
