Liked: The staff was accessible and kind, as well as the room having the softest pillows. Frankly if I could get the pillow brand 10/10.

Passable

Liked: The location was nice. It was an easy check-in and out, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There were some spots in our room that didn't look like they'd been cleaned like the lower section of one of the beds and the bath tub. The hot tub and pool were also on the cold side, which really bummed us out since that was the biggest reason why we booked our stay there.
