I booked a prepaid suite with a king bed 2 months prior to traveling. When we got there they tried to give us a non-suite with two double beds. The front desk didn't even tell us they were downgrading our room when we checked in. Went back to the front desk and was told they overbooked and gave our room away. Keep in mind check in time is 3pm and we were there at 3pm. She told us it wasn't her problem. If we didn't like it we could go elsewhere. There were 3-4 other couples there with the same issue. Being law enforcement I had higher hopes when staying at a Country Inn.

Liked: They are issuing a refund.
Disliked: Overbooked and didn't care.

Was a good stay breakfast...

Liked: Property Nice and safe.Relatively Clean as far as hotels can be.
Disliked: Does require some updating but nothing ridiculous for the price range.The only thing that was a little bothersome is that one of the beds in room 220 had stains on bottom of bed skirt.

Liked: Quiet and clean place, great customer service, well organized staff, nice breakfast available , good location near restaurants , clean pool and gym. Microwave and Small fridge in the room. Family safe place.
Disliked: It's very good that they have at front desk área ,a computer & printer that works available for customers, and they offer hot water and coffee during day and night . Excellent option for short and long stays
