Liked: I thought some of the breakfast might have been leftovers from a previous day reheated. Not all but some. Location is okay.
Disliked: The rooms could use updating. My room had a big crack on the sealing and was sagging a bit. Bathrooms need updating. Pillows were just flat. It really needs updating. Not the kind of Country Inn Hotels I’m used to staying in. The fitness center is dirty, equipment broken and floors and windows dirty. Could use a cleaning station as well for when people are done working out. There’s a room in the pool area that I was guessing was the Sauna but not

Disliked: refrigerator was really bed and frozen over and old food in refrigerator so I wonder how cleaning was done.coffee in lounge was cold

Liked: That the pool was open and got to sit in the hot tub. It was really nice and hot

Disliked: We tried to check in at 4:30...an hour and a half past checkin time and our room wasn't ready. We weren't able to check in until 6:30. I requested a late checkout since our kids weren't able to swim much due to not being able to check in at a decent time. The guy wouldn't even consider it. He did ask what time I checked in and then looked it up and confirmed that we couldn't check in until late but wouldn't allow a checkout of noon. I won't be staying here again.

Bad

Disliked: So gross. Rude staff. Worst hotel experience ever. Don't stay here. They refused a refund. Left and went to a different hotel.

Liked: The room was a good size and the hed comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms whirlpool tubs jets worked for 1 minute then turned off and couldn't be restarted. Breakfast had sausage and gravy and the gravy was cold.
