Value for money with room...

Liked: Excellent location, price and breakfast.
Disliked: Facilities. The WC choked up and the shower curtain was torn.

Nice place for family's

Liked: Very convenient, the kids loved the pool. The front desk was also really helpful with any needs that popped up. Breakfast was warm and really good.
Disliked: It's not really a dislike. But I was confused by, when I booked the room it said queen room with 2 queen beds and the other said standard with two queen bed. So I automatically thought it was an extra room connected to the regular room it's self.

Wonderful staff and a pleasant...

Liked: The staff was great and informed me of everything I needed to know for my stay.
Disliked: I didn’t love breakfast. I was hoping for more hot food options. I still ate and am thankful for the breakfast I did have though :)

Liked: Loved the lady at check in Beth. The breakfast was sufficient and excellent choices. The location was convenient to all my locations Tanglewood nature center/my cousins house and Corning.
Disliked: Not so much for the lady at the front desk when I asked for extra towels. Kinda of abrupt and no smile. Pool was cold needs to be heated.

A comfortable place for a...

Liked: Room was a good size and very clean.The beds were very comfortable.Beth at the Front desk was wonderful. Extremely pleasant and welcoming, offering suggestions for dinner.
Disliked: The gym was much too hot to do any meaningful exercise.The pool temperature was 76 degrees-too cold for persons of our age.Breakfast was a big disappointment. The only hot items were a waffle maker and a mushroom sauce for the biscuits. No eggs of any kind.
