Unkept broken facilities

Liked: Near event
Disliked: toilet leaked when flushed- loose and somewhat sideways. Toilet paper holder not secured to wall, when dispensed paper to floor where water standing from poor toilet. The secondary lock has been broken off/into? and no way to feel secure in room. Wall heater unit blasting heat and no way on the unit to adjust.
