Disliked: Tonya, threw out a family of 4, told them they didn't have rooms, was a racist discriminatory person. She showed to me she hates black people and lies and says they don't have rooms even though the room was booked. She harassed me a black man as I tried to pack my families things after being their over a week and did nothing but watch me try to get out of the hotel while we had a reservation there with no just cause to remove us. When we called customer service she lied and and customer service sided with her lie in the fact theirs nothing they can do because the hotel had the right to refuse service. Customer service should not be a interperting force for a business their job should be to resolve guest issues. Choice is right by their name. You choose wrong and they chose to not care. Choose a better brand than choice.

Liked: Overall, on the surface, it was nice. But once you settled in you began to notice the flaws like the stained carpets, dusty fan in room - minor things but it adds up
Disliked: Needs attention to details. Location a bit out of the way - no signs and area was not well lit. Outside of building needs attention - rusty stains on siding, flashing and soffit at roofline missing. Fire alarm went off at 0500 and desk clerk didn’t seem to care whether all guests were out or not. Manager didn’t have keys for the maintenance room so fire dept had to break door to get in to the source of the issue that appeared to Be Dust accumulation on air handler. Breakfast was practically non-existent and in line with other reviews I’ve since read. Hotel didn’t offer any kind of compensation for inconvenience of having to stand out in the cold for an hour and a half while the fire dept did their search. Wouldn’t consider another stay there.
