Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My debit card was charged for my room and someone else. One room cost $140 when I was quoted $160.

I will not use your...

Disliked: the Hotel would not honor booking.coms reservationstion they claimed you don't pay them so I spent 1 hour trying to get someone on the phone. I was told you are doing me a favor by not charging me leaving me without a room,Total incompetent behavior on both parties. The room was prepaid which I guess means nothing.

Disliked: I didn’t like that they were full when I arrived. They did not have my reservation and my family had to drive around looking for a hotel online in advance even though we trusted booking to hold our room

Disliked: Everything. The room was dirty. The beds did not have mattress protectors. The beds were uncomfortable. The tvs did not work. We were charged 5x for a one night stay that we booked through booking but the hotel didn’t have our reservation.

Liked: Clean safe and handy location! Before booking I always ask the property if they could beat Bookings price- Booking saved me over $30 a day!!
Disliked: Beds were hard as a rock and missing the bedskirt. Not a deal breaker but was told after the tornado they disappeared. Makes one wonder what else gets skipped
