Nightmare on the Debit Card. Will not book another hotel 'chain'.

Liked: Hot tub /pool. Excellent hot breakfast choices, stayed 4 nights. Oh, cookies too!

Liked: All accommodation and property features were great, and the hotel manager (Elle) was outstanding, helping out in a binding with a lost hotel reservation and room.
Disliked: All third party reservations had been lost, due to a hotel closure earlier in the year, so when checking in my reservation that had been made prior to the closure was lost, and rooms were unavailable, without management intervention to resolve. There was no email or text notices communicated on this previous to checking in.

Disliked: The shower head setting was stuck so the spray was VERY forceful. Great water pressure but too strong— just about knocked me down! Ha ha!
