Liked: Property was clean and open spaced
Disliked: When I booked it was not clear that my room was for ADA access, I was happy to take a diff room but they just kept us in the ADA room.

Great Deal for A Great...

Liked: I liked the location which was close to everything!The staff was really friendly and accommodating Sonya was Excellent providing Great Customer Service,and Mrs. Tempie the Breakfast attendant had it clean and hot food they were on top of everything Great Job Ladies!
Disliked: I didn’t like that my room had multiple burns and stains in the carpet, and the shower made a horrible whistling noise as I showered!

Dirty room

Disliked: Room was dirty and loud didnt sleep at all !!Packets of opened ketchup on the carpet behind dressers Loud music all night hotel room walls are very thin I will never stay at this hotel again

Never stayed, got a different...

Disliked: We booked a room at your hotel and checked in on October 18th. We entered the room and it was in bad condition. We couldn’t stay in the room due to the condition of the room. We took photos of the room that I will attach. We immediately left the room after taking the pictures and returned to the front desk. The front desk attendant gave us your email and told us we would need to email you to get a refund. He also informed us to reach out to booking.com and let them know what happened. We had him check us out and we booked another hotel. Hotel name has a good...

Liked: Location near entrance to interstate was very good.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly. Room air conditioner did not cool the warm guest room, It took two remote controls to operate the television with no instructions or channel guide to assist. There were only two hangers in the "closet" - not enough. There were no plastic cups or glasses in the room to get a drink of water. At the breakfast, there were sausage links, but no eggs to accompany them. The cartons of milk had expired 10 days earlier. The sweet rolls were still frozen. Need I say more?
