Liked: It was my two sons birthday and they wanted to swim in the pool the pool wasn't warm it was very cold in the pool area I booked the room because of the pool on the inside no cookies were made for us all night the vending machines were tore up nothing worked had no blow dryer to blow dry her hair the staff were didn't want to cook any cookies like we wanted cookies and they didn't cook any from the time we got there till the time we left the next day there were no cookies I asked to cook cookies and they never did I smelled cookies and smell them and they never did the breakfast was cold didn't want to cook anymore sausages for us like I didn't enjoy it I want a refund
Disliked: I really didn't like the fact that the pool wasn't open and we wasn't notified before we paid our money that the pool wasn't going to be open it was very cold

Relaxing Stay

Liked: The peace when I get off work at 3am. I am able to rest. The staff were awesome. The amenities are great as well. The convenience of being located near everything you could possibly need is the bonus.
Disliked: The parking lot. Holes and uneven areas-rough on cars

Country Inn Not So Sweet

Liked: Front desk hospitality was good.
Disliked: Pool was not clean. Heating unit was very noisy. Had to ask for clean linen for sofa bed. Clean linen had cigarette burns. Hallway could have been cleaner. TV remote halfway worked. Bathroom wasn't well stocked. Staff was shorthanded.

Disliked: I book a room that was suppose to be a suit with a couch and double queen and king room I booked 2 rooms and both was not it I went to deal and told them it was an error and was told the hotel was booked up and there was nothing they could do they had free breakfast me and kids went down for breakfast 5mins in we was approached asking was we staying in the hotel that was embarrassing and unprofessional had to ask for extra towels side doors was locked after a certain so u had to find parking and walk in the cold to get back into the buildings very uncomfortable stay did not have enough room for the kids being we where down for a football tournament
