The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really nice. It was great. Clean and affordable and close to everything!

Disliked: Everything is too old. You need to renew all walls, ceilings, carpets etc. ice machines turned on but no ice! just call a technician to repair!

Liked: Eugene was very friendly and welcoming, and Micey went out of her way to help my son get something printed for class. Thank you again!! Breakfast staff was also very kind. I only grabbed some toast to go, but it looked like there were a lot of decent options including hot items. Good location, about half mile walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store. I wanted to be near the football stadium, and it could not have been closer.
Disliked: As much as I loved the proximity of the hotel to the stadium, I was concerned about the PRISONER TRANSPORT VAN outside of reception and two police officers in the lobby! Doesn’t make a guest feel too safe! For your reference, the date was Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 7:21 p.m. Neither the TV nor blow dryer worked the entire time, despite several phone calls downstairs (once I was told that Direct TV was out, but most of the time no one answered, and I didn’t feel safe walking down alone at night…for the reason mentioned above). WiFi was much better when I just used my own data, which was a bummer because I had work to do. The CHERRY ON TOP, however, was the BEETLE I found crawling around IN MY BED a few hours before I checked out. Keep in mind, I ONLY had food in my refrigerator until right before I cleaned it out for the staff immediately before I walked out). I am truly very easy to please, but safety and cleanliness are non-negotiable for me.
