Liked: Breakfast area was clean and stocked with hot food every morning. Staff was helpful when asked questions.
Disliked: The room and bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was hair on the towels and tub and things around the room was sticky. (remote, bedside table, ice bucket)

Liked: Breakfast was spot on. It was fresh and hot.
Disliked: Our hotel room the ceiling was falling in pieces. Pieces were hitting the floor and in the bathtub. There's a lot of homeless people activity. The beds were uncomfortable, however my room was clean.

Liked: I liked the breakfast, room supplies, fruits, tea and coffee available all day. Also the staff were very helpful to allow us use the phone for a local call to our car rental, as we didn't have a US number.
Disliked: Choosing TV channels was not straightforward and the remote didn't work optimally well.

We will continue to stay...
