Family sense of security

Liked: Office ladies are welcoming and warm smiles. Professional with check in and security guard was on site and no play appearance was a plus. Breakfast has the best crispy bacon and fluffy delicious eggs. Waffle maker was decent to make our waffles. Rooms were clean and bed was nice. Pillow were amazing. Our family stay was completely comfortable and sense of security helped.

Liked: All of the front desk clerks were super professional and pleasant to work with except for one bad apple. The maintenance man was very professional, helpful and out right NICE!! It's my pleasure to mention how exceptional he was and the others...They should be given a pay rise, real team players!!!
Disliked: Doing check out that one clerk ( I didn't bother to even get her name) she was unprofessional and mean spirited to me and my guest I felt very unwelcome and she had a condescending attitude ...the breakfast was not good and one staff member got upset because a customer ask for some fresh bacon they didn't wont to eat because the few pieces that was left were saturated in a half inch of oil. Etc.
