Liked: Close to the airport.The Hostess when we arrived was Most Helpful and Happy. A Wonderful representative for your Hotel and business!❤️
Disliked: Did not know when booking thru a third party that I had to book a parking lot to stay there.I even sent a message after I booked thru Booking.com to confirm that I could park my car at the hotel while we went to NY over 24 hrs and that there would be a shuttle to take us back and forth yo the airport. The response was only Yes.

Disappointing!

Liked: The security personal greeted us and directed us to handicap parking.
Disliked: The lady behind the desk should consider alternative employment, she lacked friendliness and professionalism. Upon checking in at midnight, there was no bedding for the sofa, & after requesting them, they were eventually delivered incomplete & unfolded. It was a miserable night without rest, there was noise outside the door in the hallway for the duration of our stay. The room was uncomfortable & could not be regulated to a comfortable temperature.

For the price not bad!

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff on the phone were very pleasant. Several eateries in walking distance and proximity to the airport and Delta Headquarters.
Disliked: The cleanliness. The hotel overall could use a good deep cleaning. Especially in the corners of the rooms and halll
