Disappointing visit

Liked: The location and staff are wonderful! The staff are the only reason I gave the hotel another try. They go out of their way to make me and others feel welcome. I hope the owners appreciate them. Please do something to fix these issues.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the building is not being maintained. Dirty and stained carpet, dirty walls dripping shower, worn furniture, vanity, and neglected in many other areas. Some of these are not expensive fixes, paint and furniture stain. I’ve stayed there before and see that nothing has been replaced/repaired since my visit last year.

Good location. But very outdated.

Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was small but nice. The location was very good for our stay. Near lots of restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel was very worn and dated. The pool area was also very dated. The mattress on the pull out couch (which we had to use) was split in half. The sheets for the couch were not in the room. (The staff was very nice at getting us everything) we also didn't have enough towels.
