Liked: Checking in was easy with friendly courteous staff. Did not eat breakfast this time but in past it has been good.
Disliked: Bathroom could use an update - especially shower.

Disliked: They charge me a different price from booking when I got there charge me a 20 dollar deposit that I didn’t receive back

Disappointing visit

Liked: The location and staff are wonderful! The staff are the only reason I gave the hotel another try. They go out of their way to make me and others feel welcome. I hope the owners appreciate them. Please do something to fix these issues.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the building is not being maintained. Dirty and stained carpet, dirty walls dripping shower, worn furniture, vanity, and neglected in many other areas. Some of these are not expensive fixes, paint and furniture stain. I’ve stayed there before and see that nothing has been replaced/repaired since my visit last year.
