Disappointed in accommodation (bathroom) and...

Liked: Location of hotel is good. In a very nice area of Ashland, VA. Easy access to 95.
Disliked: Bathroom cabinet doors were pulled off and the cabinet itself was damaged and in poor condition. The caulking around the sink was moldy. Bathroom door hinges were rusted. Shower water pressure was bad. This wasn’t our first time staying on property. To say the least we were very disappointed. Did let the front desk know about the condition of the bathroom.

Liked: Fine, clean.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit went on very loud every few minutes it kept me awake. I was sooo tired. I couldn’t hear the tv and had to keep changing the volume.

Liked: Everything was very clean. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Loved the rocking chairs out front
Disliked: The walls were paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING ! Anytime anyone opened a door on any floor you could hear. Anytime anyone walked down the hallway you could hear it. The face soap made me break out in a weird rash
