Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Clean room and overall excellent.

Liked: Location and very close to so many places. Food/drinks - the Salvage Station. Check in and check out is very easy and staff is awesome.
Disliked: Not really anything bad.

Booking.com almost ruined our trip.

Liked: The staff was really nice and helpful, especially since Booking.com messed up our reservations. The staff was able to get us the final vacant room that they had in the hotel. It was fairly late in the evening and we wouldn’t have had time to try to find something else. I won’t be using Booking.com again.
Disliked: The hot water went off for a while. Right when we were wanting to take our morning showers. I understand that that wasn’t anything that could be helped really. Especially since the hurricane went through a few months earlier.
