Good place to stay on...

Liked: Comfortable room
Disliked: Pool was out of order.Lady working in dining area was rude. Basically told her coworker that patrons were stupid because several of us did not see the trash can sign she put out and we asked about trash cans. I supposed she’s doing the best she can. I have no idea what might be going on in her life now

Clean, helpful staff, good location

Liked: The property is easy to get to, clean and rooms well maintained. Staff is excellent!! The front desk staff was so helpful! I had dropped/lost my camera in the lobby. Somebody turned it into the front desk, thankfully. The TV in my second room was too dark and the night shift front desk man ran up to the fourth floor to change the setting for me. Very nice!
Disliked: The elevator was out of service. Initially, I was put into a room on the first floor as I had lots of bags with me. Within a few hours, methane gas smell came out of the bathroom sink. I was moved to the fourth floor. I had to carry all of my stuff up to the fourth floor because the elevator was out of service. Definitely challenging. Because of the elevator issue, I gave a lower rating
