Pleasant

Disliked: When going into room, it smelt very bad. Like someone had just used the bathroom. There were little paint chips all over the floor in the pool area. The women’s bathroom in the pool area was gross.

Disliked: When we checked in they didn't know where to put us because rooms were not ready at 3:00 p.m. and all the main areas were so dirty! The pool was overcrowded because one of the employees said they were over capacity and were still allowing day passes. The beds were terrible! Then to top it off, we went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and they were out of plates, silverware, syrup, eggs, etc. We decided to leave then and go elsewhere.

Disliked: Sucked the pool & hot tub were out of service. Otherwise no complaints.

Christmas trip

Liked: The room was clean and I loved being on the third floor. Kids running up and down the hallway was a little annoying but it was Christmas Eve. And breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Having to go to a different floor to get some ice.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our check in process was terrible. There was a huge mix-up, where they let someone else check into our room. An hour later, it was all figured out.
