blankets need to be blankets...

Liked: I love the pool, there was maintenance however on the hot tub so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub at nught
Disliked: the blankets were paper thin, bring back the comforters! the sheets are thicker than the blankets. my little one was freeIng as so was I!

Liked: The guy at the desk was very nice and went out of his way to try and accommodate a last-minute room request, even going up to the second floor to check a room situation out for us.
Disliked: The smoke detector went off at 3 am. That was jarring enough but it shut off after a minute before anyone left their room, but none of the staff went down the halls to say "all clear." Found out the next morning that someone burnt popcorn. Side note, the bed was too hard for our preference.

Good, but lacking in breakfast...

Disliked: Breakfast food area uncomfortably small. Replenishment of main items slow which caused clients to give up waiting.

Great hotel will be going...

Liked: Staff was very nice and the water park was so much fun! Clean too
Disliked: Rooms were fine just a little old and dusty
