Disliked: When we checked in they didn't know where to put us because rooms were not ready at 3:00 p.m. and all the main areas were so dirty! The pool was overcrowded because one of the employees said they were over capacity and were still allowing day passes. The beds were terrible! Then to top it off, we went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and they were out of plates, silverware, syrup, eggs, etc. We decided to leave then and go elsewhere.

Christmas trip
Liked: The room was clean and I loved being on the third floor. Kids running up and down the hallway was a little annoying but it was Christmas Eve. And breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Having to go to a different floor to get some ice.

Disliked: Our check in process was terrible. There was a huge mix-up, where they let someone else check into our room. An hour later, it was all figured out.

Disappointing
Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Booking.com shows this location as having a fitness center. It's in the description and there's a picture. The lady at the front said there hadn't been a fitness center for years. The hot tub was also broken down. Those were the main reasons I chose this hotel. Wanted to relax in the hot tub and get a workout in. So didn't get what I paid for there. The continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Eggs were like rubber, sausage was like those frozen, already cooked jimmy deans that are just thrown in a tray, cereal was all smashed up. The elevator was also dirty and our room was muggy when we got in it. One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time.
