Christmas trip

Liked: The room was clean and I loved being on the third floor. Kids running up and down the hallway was a little annoying but it was Christmas Eve. And breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Having to go to a different floor to get some ice.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our check in process was terrible. There was a huge mix-up, where they let someone else check into our room. An hour later, it was all figured out.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Booking.com shows this location as having a fitness center. It's in the description and there's a picture. The lady at the front said there hadn't been a fitness center for years. The hot tub was also broken down. Those were the main reasons I chose this hotel. Wanted to relax in the hot tub and get a workout in. So didn't get what I paid for there. The continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Eggs were like rubber, sausage was like those frozen, already cooked jimmy deans that are just thrown in a tray, cereal was all smashed up. The elevator was also dirty and our room was muggy when we got in it. One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time.

Liked: Great rooms and a decent breakfast.
Disliked: Bad timing - the pool & hot tub were down. The hotel should have notified those with reservations prior to check in.

Liked: It was a quick and easy check-in and staff was very helpful.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Clean, friendly, and convenient 12pm checkout
Disliked: Nothing

I will not be returning...

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: My sisters felt the bed uncomfortable there was shit on the bathroom door smeared, it was disgusting. We didn’t notice it until the day we checked out .

blankets need to be blankets...

Liked: I love the pool, there was maintenance however on the hot tub so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub at nught
Disliked: the blankets were paper thin, bring back the comforters! the sheets are thicker than the blankets. my little one was freeIng as so was I!
