We will stay here again when we come back to town.

Liked: Friendly staff; close to Ram's Head and the place was clean.
Disliked: Not enough parking.

Horror show for pet owners

Liked: The hotel is generally nice. But if you are traveling with a dog it can be a horror show. Their pet rooms are apparently all in the basement level. Our room was dated, dark, and had an incredibly loud HVAC system. I looked at a couple other pet friendly rooms with the hope that we could switch. No dice...They were all the same: dated, dark and with loud HVAC systems. The room was so awful that we decided to leave at some cost to us. We ultimately found a very nice Hilton Garden Inn not too far away. So dog owners beware! Ask to check your room before committing.

Liked: A1 staff. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for our family every morning during our stay. The pool was good as well.
Disliked: I didn’t like the toilet paper! But that is really a non issue!

Hotel was nice and comfortable...

Liked: Hotel has a cool vibe like an old inn or bed and breakfast type atmosphere. .
Disliked: Staff are very rude, not friendly or accommodating at all hard time finding parking space. Extending your reservation is super difficult never had a hotel give such a hard time. Was really disappointed in how the staff handled us traveling with a service dog, very rude and inconsiderate need some training in this area as their are laws around the questions and treatment of people with service animals .

Comfortable and quiet - just...

Liked: Great full breakfast and quiet king suite room. Loved the ability to partition the bedroom from the sitting area. Appreciated the blackout curtains as well as new fixtures and cleanliness. Check in/out was a breeze. King bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Pet fee of $75 for one night is a little stiff, but honestly it's in line with other pet friendly hotels. Easier to stomach if staying multiple nights.

Liked: This unassuming hotel has a very nice lobby (sort of like the living room of a country cabin, including books and magazines for guest use), has a very extensive American style breakfast buffet, and they give hot coffee with fresh baked cookies upon arrival. Really exceeded the usual standard hotel fare and we'll look to stay here again when in Annapolis. We got the single King bedroom (instead of two Queens) so had a suite (i.e., bedroom separate from the living room) for the cost of a room, which meant we could each watch our own TV/show. Also, there's a grocery store across the street in case you want to bring food to microwave.
Disliked: The only thing I would have liked is if it were located within walking distance of downtown Annapolis, but for the price it was great.

Liked: Room was very spacious and comfortable. In addition it was very quiet. I didn't hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms.
