Disliked: The room was dirty, the floors and walls appeared they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The other reviewers must have had a better or updated room. Our room smelled like mildew. Only stayed one night, but would have left right away if we needed to stay longer. Got out of there first thing the next morning. - breakfast eggs and bacon didn’t appear fresh at 6:30 am.

Disliked: I think we can have a better selection on breakfast a lot of people didn’t eat pork and there was know other meat selection. Besides that everything was great.

Disliked: The fact that booking.com said I could cancel within 48 hours but once you check out it's says you cant get a refund misleading

Liked: The staff was very accommodating, polite, professional, and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy. Even the couch was so comfy to sleep on, I personally slept on it and slept like a baby. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Very clean, and the pool was even heated, which was great considering how cold the weather outside has been.And to top off a great stay, the breakfast was sooo yummy. Good variety of choices! I also really appreciated the easy contactless checkout, sending a text through the automated text message when you leave! The hotel location was great as well, so many stores and restaurants were all within walking distance, right across the street! We only stayed for 1 night, but we will DEFINITELY be back to stay again for a longer period of time. 200% satisfaction rating I would give

Liked: The staff was good. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine. But the ac fan made it seem like I was back on the runway as the jets were taking off. I won't stay there again.
