It was simple and good....

Liked: Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Refrigerator must have been on a setting we didn’t know about so everything we put in there froze.

Staff was nice. Breakfast ok....

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: We were here 4 days. Our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels. Ask to have it cleaned and was told they would . Hot back to room and still not done.

Bad

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t bad at all
Disliked: Smelled like weed , ice machine didn’t work and the first room was nasty

Liked: Very clean and very helpful staff

Liked: Customer service by Mr. Justice was, amazing. Great representation, and as well as making you feel welcomed after a long 12 hr car ride.
Disliked: The carpet was ripping off at the entrance, this could be a safety hazard.

Bad

Disliked: They did not put us near a door. We are on the second floor and we were charged $215.00 plus deposit for dogs. I will never trust a booking service again. Lisa Boyce

Liked: The hotel was nice, affordable, and enjoyable for my family and me. The breakfast was great and the staff was really nice and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutley stay here again.
Disliked: I have no complaints.
