Liked: Customer service by Mr. Justice was, amazing. Great representation, and as well as making you feel welcomed after a long 12 hr car ride.
Disliked: The carpet was ripping off at the entrance, this could be a safety hazard.

Bad

Disliked: They did not put us near a door. We are on the second floor and we were charged $215.00 plus deposit for dogs. I will never trust a booking service again. Lisa Boyce

Liked: The hotel was nice, affordable, and enjoyable for my family and me. The breakfast was great and the staff was really nice and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutley stay here again.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: The location. That was it.
Disliked: Squeaky bed and a mattress that felt like the springs were going to bust through it or cave in in the sides. Yelling and screaming in the hallway for THREE HOURS straight from 9:45 to 12:45 am and was never addressed by the staff. Working 5 14 hour days in a row was even harder because I had to stay there. Bathroom door didn’t latch and the room felt gross. It looked like someone threw up or something all over the window blind. Huge stains.
