Never again

Disliked: In the room, bad smell, sticky floors , broken bed , curtain blocked the hvac, pool was closed, All in all, a bad night. We would have left but we were too tired from traveling all day

Liked: It was close to every thing and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The sheets on the bed was dirty plus the television was too dark to tell to tell what was playing.there was no remote in the room for the television had to got to the front desk three times until we got one that actually worked

Liked: The room set up was perfect, separate from our kids so me and the misses could have some quiet time.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness, sense of urgency was terrible.The night time desk clerk treated her shift like a Netflix and chill night. Never spoke.The room service was eager to just walk in

Overall my stay was well...

Liked: Very well kept and up to date.
Disliked: When house keeping came they left me and my kids towels but, took my wash cloths and floor mat for the bathroom floor. My telephone in my room didn’t work and I got an email stating the pool, gym, and spa would be closed but, they were open.
