Liked: I especially liked that they left the leftover food available after breakfast had closed. I made a nice lunch out of it!
Disliked: The whirlpool was hot enough when I checked in at 4 pm the first day. But by 7 pm on the second day, it was just lukewarm.

Exceptional

Superb

It was overall good, clean...

Liked: The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs especially were watery and tasteless. The sausages were fatty and limp.Fresh fruit would have been a nice option. It's confusing that there was pancake syrup provided but nothing to use it on.
Disliked: The coffee pot in the room didn't heat. We told the person at the desk about it.Also, we booked at Country Inn and paid more specifically because of the pool. It's understandable that things sometimes break down, but we could have been told when we checked in that it was not available. Acknowledgement and an apology would have helped.

Not the best

Disliked: A group of kids were on our floor and they were unsupervised. They were yelling, banging on doors and running up and down the hall. We could not get any sleep and left at 2:30 am.

Price and location

Liked: The price was good and we were able to get an early check-in. The staff was also able to put us in a room on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd since there was no elevator available. The parking lot was clear of snow.
Disliked: They were out of ice and were going to get some but we never heard back. The breakfast said hot but there was only cereal and some granola bars available. It really would have been nice to have waffles.

Disliked: There having problems with hot tub the pool look dirty..very cold water.make sure they don't over charge you on ur room u booked thru booking it was 480 .then they charge me 510 instead

Don't stay here!

Liked: The room was very cold upon our arrival, and took forever to warmup.The bed was uncomfortable. They failed to send us a wakeup call as promised and as a result we missed our event, no apology. Way over-priced.
Disliked: See above.In addition, the toilet was too low and difficult to get off of.

Pleasant

Liked: Location. Clean room
Disliked: No elevator. Hot tub wasn’t hot, then out of commission. For Sunday breakfast there was nothing hot to eat (we ate at McDonald’s on Saturday so can’t compare)
