Liked: Daily linen service. Clean room.
Disliked: A/C thermostat seemed wonky, woke up sweating sometimes, shivering others. No staff in office at check-out time. The hotel is very old, so allowances need to be made.

Liked: The front desk staff is absolutely awesome! Extremely friendly and as helpful as they have the resources to be.
Disliked: This hotel is old and dirty. The beds are clean and well maintained, but that is really it.
