Liked: Very friendly staff, breakfast was good with homemade options
Disliked: The beds were a little creaky. The rooms were a little noisy with the fridge and heater running and you could also hear everything going on in the hallway

A Wonderful Family owned Inn...
Liked: This FAMILY owned and operated Inn & Suites is located within a quaint community near the historic downtown and the SIU University campus. Several nice locally owned restaurants are near by. A delicious full breakfast is also offered as part of your stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will stay here again!

Disliked: First morning we arrived for breakfast at 9:00am, which was supposed to last until 9:30. Hardly anything to eat and no one around to ask for refills. Furniture in the room was VERY dusty which we didn't notice until the next morning when we opened the drapes and the sun came pouring in. Room was very cramped with a king size bed. Hardly any room to open up two suitcases.
