Liked: Large rooms; clean; great customer service.
Disliked: The beds were a bit hard. I had trouble sleeping.

Liked: The breakfast is free and the rooms are clean
Disliked: For one there was a gas leak and we were evacuated. My room smelled horrible of gas and has caused me not to feel well even after we were cleared to go back into the room

Disliked: had to wait 60 minutes to check in

Liked: Staff and location.
Disliked: corporate needs to make a major investment in parking lot and exterior. Interior areas need updated.

Disliked: They could not find the reservations. Then we had to pay again because the 1 room was locked out. We were able to get the money back when we checked out, the attendant didn't know how to check and see we were paid for 2 nights.

Liked: I like how friendly the staff was
Disliked: I wish the pillows were just a little better, but other than that it was great

Disliked: Hotel is very dated and dark - in need of an update.

Disliked: They are the best at being the worst. They people that work there cant stand to be there so the boss seems like its the worst decision shes ever made this place with destroy your happiness
