Overpriced and needs a facelift

Disliked: The oven was absolutely filthy and this was attempted to be covered up by covering all of the racks and trays with aluminium foil. We tried to cook a pizza for the kids dinner in there but could not proceed as the villa was filled with a smell of burning fat. When we complained to reception we were told we could ask for food vouchers next visit - which I doubt there will be.The complex does not look like it does in the brochure. It was more like a retirement complex rather than a country resort. Also overpriced compared with other accommodation in the area of a higher standard. $55 a night for a rollaway in the lounge is very expensive.

Liked: We didn't enjoy our stay. We would have preferred a villa but none were available. The room was OK but tired. It did provide a kitchen but we didn't need it for a one night stay. Parking was difficult after coming back from the casino. It isn't far to the Country Club casino where we enjoyed a fantastic buffet dinner in their Links restaurant.
Disliked: I booked this accommodation at the last minute and we had a ground floor room. Unfortunately the people in the room above were noisy, they were very heavy footed and stomped around to the early hours of the morning. Their toilet must have been above the head of our bed and the pipes were in the wall by my head, so every time they used the loo we could hear them and when they flushed it roared through the pipe by my head. I had to cover my head with a pillow! They must have drunk a lot that night cause the loo was used constantly!! Not a pleasant experience for us!!! Revolting actually!
